As much as I love strength training, I have an equal passion for yoga. Yoga targets the deep muscles and tissues to ensure muscles full range of motion. Yoga comes with a range of benefits including: decreased stress levels, maintain a balanced metabolism, improves cardio and circulatory health and cognitive function as well as improves athletic performance. I have an unorthodox and practical approach to yoga where I keep it real, yet focused in my instruction. Being certified in Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Trapeze, with a passion in Power Yoga, Iyengar and Ayruveda (the science of yoga), I bring a broad and comprehensive practice to all levels of yogis.
