Getting in shape post pregnancy is hard. You may be tired, busy, and unmotivated adjusting to life after baby. I know because I've been there. It has been a journey for me to get myself back into shape - after having been the best shape of my life. However six years post pregnancy, I now fully understand and embrace that it all looks differently now. In these tailored post pregnancy workouts, we work on rebuilding the foundation of hip and core stability, abdominal strength, and energy as well as being accountable to simple and achievable nutritional goals while we gear towards your other target goals!

As a professional athlete, I understand the importance of speed, agility, and function and gear training sessions towards movement strength training as well as a balanced lengthening movement training to compliment most any sport. I am a professional skydiver and certified Yoga Instructor, with a background in martial arts, running, and group fitness. As a Personal Trainer I also incorporate the mental training through breath, focus and visualization. This, complimented with balanced nutrition will help level up your game!

Yoga Instruction
As much as I love strength training, I have an equal passion for yoga. Yoga targets the deep muscles and tissues to ensure muscles full range of motion. Yoga comes with a range of benefits including: decreased stress levels, maintain a balanced metabolism, improves cardio and circulatory health and cognitive function as well as improves athletic performance. I have an unorthodox and practical approach to yoga where I keep it real, yet focused in my instruction. Being certified in Hatha, Yin, and Yoga Trapeze, with a passion in Power Yoga, Iyengar and Ayruveda (the science of yoga), I bring a broad and comprehensive practice to all levels of yogis.

Pricing
Personal Training sessions include 1-hour tailored workouts based on your goals as well as all equipment. You will need to bring a water bottle and towel to each session.
